Property Management

The firm offers traditional property management services with the goal of maximizing a building’s operational efficiency and profitability. Our services include rent collection, accounting, local law compliance, regular property inspections, repair / maintenance work, tenant relations/evictions, and leasing.

Asset Management

The Bastion team also works with owners and co-op/condo boards to develop multi-year budgets that address a property’s capital needs while also aligning with the owner’s long-term strategy. The team is also able to leverage prior experience to best advise owners in distressed situations.

Construction Management

Real estate is a capital-intensive asset class, and the Bastion team has construction management capabilities for apartment renovations, and tenant improvement work. The team is able to monitor construction budgets and coordinate with trades to ensure projects remain on track and on budget.
